Here is a selection of my recent website design and development work.

Web Design and Development
The Triton Tools website was developed to highlight all products under the
Triton brand and to provide detailed technical data to potential customers. The
site features videos, 360 degree images, product videos and PDF manuals. It also
features a custom built forum and is available in a number of different
languages.
The site is driven by a custom
built Content Management System (CMS) for site admins to update content and was built using ASP.Net, MS SQL, jQuery, Google Maps API.
House 2 Home wanted a site that would help increase awareness of their
services in and around the local area and provided me with a logo as the starting point
for the design. They already had a shop in the town centre so wanted a site to compliment the business and to provide an online presence.
The site went live in July 2011.
Tool Spares Online is a full featured eCommerce site for selling tool spares. It
is available in various languages and all products and content is controlled
from a secure backend administration system.
The site was built using ASP.Net, MS SQL, jQuery, nopCommerce
Paul Stone Plumbing contacted me to provide a complete website for their brand
new plumbing and heating business. They provided their logo which I used to
determine the overall colour scheme of the site and to some degree the design
which is clean and simple. They also required a Contact us form and a Customers
Reviews page which would need to pull data from the
www.touchlocal.com website. To enable
this I had to create an ASP.NET server control that would "talk" to the Touch
Local database and extract and format the reviews ready for display on the
website. The site was launched in June 2010.
Park Hill got in touch with me to create a website that would enable them to
provide various information to parents with children at their nursery. They also
wanted the ability to be able to change this information as and when required.
Therefore I implemented a bespoke Content Management System (CMS) that enabled
them to login securely to their control panel to update their website content.
The site went live in April 2010.
Julian contacted me to create a website for his countryside services business
which would enable him to advertise his services online around the clock. The
site was designed with a colour scheme that reflects the green and browns of the
countryside and also a clear description of Julian's services. The site went
live in June 2010 - but has been suspended since June 2011 at the owners
request.
Duvale Priory wanted their existing site completely redesigned as they felt it
didn't reflect their holiday cottages and weddings business in a professional
light. The site was designed to highlight the beautiful cottages and fishing
lake and to provide all the necessary information relating to the various
properties on offer.
The site went live in May 2010.
A and M Carpenters wanted a site that would help increase awareness of their
services around the local area and provided me with a logo as the starting point
for the design. They also wanted a secure password protected page that could be
used to store documents that only authorised people could access. This was
provided using ASP.NET authentication protocols.
The site went live in November 2009.
Stone and Sedgbeer wanted a website to increase business and gain better
awareness of their services. The site describes their varied plumbing and
heating services and has gained a first page ranking on Google for keyphrases
such as Tiverton plumbers. The site went live in November 2009.
Website Hosting and Management
These are sites that I haven't initially developed but now provide a hosting and management
service:-
Hewitt and Son Ltd
A local roofing company that had an existing website built using a service
provided by BT and was hosted by another third party provider but wanted the
site to be managed locally and so contacted me for assistance. I was able to
provide a smooth transition of the domain name transfer and the website code
from their existing provider over to my hosting company with minimum downtime.
